About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Ramsey handles more than just household goods. It offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage, and the lot is gated with keypad access. The facility is lit, and there's a moving supply store on site if you need boxes or tape. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Sharon and Dan get called out for making the rental process easy, answering questions, and switching units when a reservation turned out too small. Krystal also earned praise for being friendly and helpful with access issues. The building and units are described as clean and secure. Not every review is positive. A few people ran into gate or app problems that left them locked out over a weekend. Others had trouble closing their account and getting a refund after moving out. The rating sits at 4.6 from 88 reviews, so most experiences went fine. If you're storing an RV or boat, the mix of covered and outdoor spots plus gated entry is worth a look.
