About Midwest Mini Storage
Midwest Mini Storage sits in Elk River, Minnesota, and handles more than household goods. The listing covers RV, boat and automobile storage alongside regular self storage, and online payments are available. Reviewers tend to mention the staff first. Several describe the people they dealt with as friendly and helpful, including one who was walked through the booking details over the phone. Rates drew positive comments too, with one person saying they beat other places they checked. A few reviews note rising rates, and another calls the site dusty with some spiders around. Security comes up in mixed ways. Some reviews reference cameras and call the property secure. One reviewer described a prior break-in and said they were told there were no cameras, which conflicts with other accounts. Hours are posted, but the site is not open 24/7, and one reviewer notes it is remote enough that staff are not always on site.

What renters mention
“Everyone I spoke with at Midwest Mini Storage has been super friendly and helpful. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone to book my storage unit was so patient with me, and explained every last detail of the booking.” – mat s., 2 years ago, on Google
“Clean. Secure. Reasonably priced. Staff friendly and understanding. It's only bill not set to auto pay. I often lose track of it. She texts me a reminder BEFORE I get late fees. Always nice! Always friendly and helpful! Highly Recommend!” – A. A., 6 years ago, on Google
“It's remote so don't expect anybody to be there lol. I got two 10x10x10s and still needed more room but that was a whole house for example. Kind of dusty and a little dirty with some spiders here and there but all right.” – Dakota J., 3 years ago, on Google
