About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Roosevelt Road in Oakbrook Terrace handles more than just household units. Covered, indoor and outdoor spaces are available, and the lot has gated, keypad-controlled entry with lighting and round-the-clock access. RV owners get their own category here, alongside boat and car storage, plus drive-up access for loading and unloading. An on-site manager runs the property, and you can reserve online or use the eRental option to skip the counter on move-in day. The facility is wheelchair accessible. With 463 Google reviews at 4.8 stars, staff get most of the credit. Reviewers call out Janet and Janey by name for walking them through rates, unit sizes and policies. One person stored a car for about 14 months and described the place as safe and well-managed. Not every review is glowing: a renter reported roof damage that flooded a unit, and another said customer service was unhelpful after a move-in mix-up.
