About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Lombard side of things handles both covered and open-air parking, with outdoor drive-up spots for vehicles and larger rigs alongside indoor climate controlled units. The gate is open 24/7, so you are not working around office hours to drop the trailer off. Reviews lean heavily on the staff, and one name comes up again and again: Angie. Reviewers describe her as patient, friendly and good at matching people to the right size, including one renter she steered toward a bigger climate controlled unit for less money. Others mention easy check-in, the app for access, and a clean, secure property. A single reviewer reported rodents damaging stored belongings, so that is worth knowing. Reserve online and you can skip the counter when you move in. Phone ahead once if you want to talk through sizes.
