About Public Storage
Public Storage in Norman keeps RVs, boats, and cars behind a gate that's lit and accessible any hour. Reviewers mention Jennifer at the front desk by name, calling her sweet and helpful, and saying she makes the process easy. The place stays clean, and one reviewer noted the automatic gate lets you get to your unit at your convenience. Storage options include covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The site is wheelchair accessible, with a manager on site. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a break-in and said the office didn't call. Another found mold in a climate-controlled unit. The good reviews far outnumber those, but it's worth a look before you sign.
