About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Central Road in Mount Prospect handles RVs along with the usual household goods. There's outdoor, uncovered drive-up parking for rigs, and covered options show up in the mix too. The place is open 24/7 and the lot is lit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Brent gets named for hunting down a better rate on a 10x40 RV spot and helping pick the easiest space to pull into. Antoinette gets credit for sorting out an access problem and a refund without much fuss. The rental process gets called smooth, and people say signing up online was quick. Not every review is warm: one long-term tenant reported mold on belongings in a climate-controlled unit, and another was unhappy about a rent increase a few months in. Climate-controlled indoor units run from 10x10 up to 10x30 if you need to stash more than the rig. Reserving online is free and you can skip the counter with eRental.
