About Public Storage
Public Storage in Laguna Hills rents covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars. The place is gated and lit, with keypad entry and 24/7 access. Reviewers often mention the easy unit selection and the gate app that lets you open it from your car. Staff get consistent praise, especially Kyle, who reviewers say explains things clearly and handles problems. One person noted he walked them through the app so they could open the gate without getting out. Others mention the drive-up units and the rental process being straightforward. A common complaint is rate increases. Some reviewers saw their monthly rate jump within months, and a few had issues with autopay and late fees. If you rent here, keep an eye on your bill.
