About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Research Drive in Irvine, and the reviews back up the rating. People keep mentioning the same things: a clean, bright building and a staff that knows what they are doing. Several reviewers name employees directly, saying they were patient, clear about pricing, and walked them around the property before signing anything. The site offers covered and outdoor storage along with gated access. Climate controlled units are available too, and the listing notes vehicles are allowed in drive-up units. Wide drive aisles and a covered loading bay make it easier to get a rig in and out. Reviewers also call the facility safe and well maintained, and a few note it felt new. If you want current availability or rates, call the office.
