About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Rutledge Road in Kennesaw, and it handles more than household overflow. The category list includes automobile, boat, and RV storage, so rigs are in the mix alongside standard units. Drive-up access is available on some ground-floor units, including a large 10x20 outside unit with a rollup door. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Codi, Summer, and Joanna get named for walking people through rentals and making the paperwork quick. One reviewer came in unsure about renting a locker and left signed up after Codi laid out the benefits. Another secured car storage and said the process was easy. The phone system drew a complaint, and staff working across several locations came up as a reason someone might not be in the office. Access runs 24/7. Some units are climate controlled, and the smaller inside units are near the door or elevator. The rating sits at 4.9 across 500 reviews, with helpful staff the dominant theme by a wide margin.
