About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits at Hickory Grove Road NW and Baker Road in east Acworth, next door to the Shops at Hickory Grove and close to I-75. RV and boat parking are listed among the services, along with self storage and climate controlled units. Access is 24/7, cameras watch the property, and leases run month to month. The reviews lean heavily on the staff. Amanda gets named for walking people through unit sizes and options without pressure, and Cindy for sorting out billing questions on the spot. Reviewers also mention fair rates, a clean and secure feel, and quick help for last minute needs. Not every review is positive. One customer complains that belongings were moved without permission and is unhappy with how it was handled. Worth reading the full review history before you commit. The office is wheelchair accessible.
