About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Jacksonville and handles more than boxes. The lot takes RVs, boats, and other vehicles, with drive-up access to outdoor spots and indoor units if you want your rig under a roof. Cameras watch the property and entry is open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One mentions Mickey walking them through everything, another says Micki fixed a problem that had them ready to cancel. People describe the units as clean and the property well kept. The online rental and app get called quick and easy. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter says the place got dirtier after a management change and mentions trash and a nail in a tire. Another complains about a rate increase and a lock being cut after a late payment. Worth reading the recent ones before you commit.
