About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on Baymeadows Road is a Jacksonville self-storage facility that also lists RV and boat storage, with both covered and outdoor spots mentioned. The place is gated and has security cameras. Reviews sit at 4.7 stars across more than 400 Google reviews. The details that come up most are the people at the front desk. Lisa and Chris get named again and again for being helpful and honest, and one reviewer said the staff made the rental process simple. Others call the facility clean and the units well kept, and a few mention the truck rental and the email updates. Not every review is positive. One customer described rats in a unit and said management didn't resolve it, and another complained about a broken entry system that left several people locked out. Worth knowing before you book. Reserve online or through the app if you'd rather skip the desk.
