About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listing covers covered, indoor and outdoor spots, plus boat and car storage, so an RV has somewhere to sit off the street. The lot is gated and lit, and you can get in any hour of the day or night with keypad access. Drive up access makes loading and unloading simpler. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Out of 543 reviews and a 4.7 rating, a lot of people name employees directly, saying they were polite, answered questions and made renting easy. One person said the staff member walked them to the unit they were renting. Another mentioned a full refund after renting online and never moving in. People also describe the welcome as friendly and the process as smooth. You can reserve online, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter and go straight to your space. There is an on site manager, and the office is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead if you have questions about which type of spot fits your rig.
