About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage handles more than boxes. The listing includes RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor spots mentioned. The lot is gated and lit, and access runs 24/7, so you aren't tied to office hours when you want to hitch up or drop off. Reviewers keep coming back to Shay, the on-site manager. They call her kind, knowledgeable and quick to help, and several note she sorted out a unit transfer or a question without much fuss. People also describe the place as secure and the units as clean. Not every review is glowing. One person said the door on a unit had no lock and that reaching the manager or corporate was hard. Worth reading through the 496 reviews yourself before you commit, and driving by to see how the lot feels.
