About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Houston handles RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options. The lot is gated and lit, and there's drive-up access so you can pull right up to your space. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff, especially Lolita. They call her patient, professional, and helpful, and say she walks you to units and explains the options. The property gets described as clean and well maintained, and people say the sign-up process felt smooth. Not every review is positive. One person reported water and rodent problems in their unit and rude treatment from staff. That's worth knowing as you weigh your choices. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. Online rental lets you skip the counter.
