About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Houston serves as both a self-storage facility and an RV storage spot. For rigs, there are large 10x30 outdoor units with bay doors and drive-up access. Indoor climate-controlled units go up to 10x20 if you need something enclosed. Reviewers often mention the staff. Tish, Yanna, and LuAnn get called out by name for being polite and helpful. One customer said LuAnn made switching units quick and easy. The gated entry and clean units come up too, along with the app for access and payments. Not every review is positive. A few people report problems with rodents, water damage, and slow responses from management. It's worth reading the full reviews and checking a unit yourself before signing. The facility is open 24/7, and online rental is available if you want to skip the counter. Wheelchair access is available.
