About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Fredericksburg side handles RVs, boats, and cars, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots. The lot is gated and lit, and you get a keypad code so you can roll in whenever. Online booking and the app make move-in easy, and one reviewer said they got gate access without any fuss. The team gets a lot of praise. Tiffany and Carmen are named in reviews for fixing reservation mix-ups and finding a bigger unit when the first one was too small. One person mentioned online reservations can lead to wrong-size picks, but the staff sorted it out. Another said the manager went out of her way to make a stressful move easier. There are some gripes. A reviewer said the gate locks at 9pm and leaving after that is a problem. Another had mold in a unit and felt the refund didn't cover it. The lot lacks no-parking signs. The facility is open 24/7 with an on-site manager, and the wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking are there.
