About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self storage lot at 2403 Plank Rd, just off I-95 near Ramseur St. It handles outdoor vehicle parking along with small, medium and large units, and the gate is open to renters around the clock. Handy if you work nights or haul a rig through Fredericksburg at odd hours. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People name Julia, Francis, James and Katja, and the story is the same each time: friendly, patient, walked through the whole thing. Several mention booking online and the setup going fast. One driver who rented a parking space said the office called right away when a truck was parked wrong or a door was left open. Another liked the spot so close to 95. The site is gated, and there are three unit sizes if you need room for gear as well as the rig. It rates 4.9 across 1,280 Google reviews.
