About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Fort Worth handles RVs along with boats and cars. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor storage, and the place is gated with keypad entry. Access is 24/7, so you're not stuck to office hours. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Pam gets named a lot for walking people through unit changes and lock fixes without making it a big deal. Kimberly also comes up for being patient with questions. Several reviews mention the facility feeling new and the staff being informative. One review is rough, though. A customer found rat contamination in their unit, and that's worth knowing before you book. Overall the rating sits at 4.8 from 510 reviews, so most people are happy. The online rental option lets you skip the counter if you already know what you want.
