About Public Storage
Public Storage on the south side of Fort Worth offers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and trailers. The lot is gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 access so you can get to your rig when it suits you. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Sesily, Monica, Freddy, and Kayla get named for being patient and helpful, especially when someone is setting up autopay or trying to understand the paperwork. One person mentioned a rodent issue that was treated early on, and another said the app's entry access was hit or miss. Most of the recent feedback centers on unit selection and the people at the desk. Rates come up as reasonable, and the place has a clean lot. It's a straightforward storage yard, not a resort, but the crew seems to be the reason people recommend it.

“Overall a good experience. Lee Ann was always professional and would give us a call if we didn’t properly lock the garage door. Storage space was ample and met our needs. It can fit more than a 15’ U-Haul’s worth of stuff.” – Ben A., a year ago, on Google
