About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits behind a shopping plaza in Enfield, and reviewers say the grounds stay clean with plenty of room between the rows. It's gated and lit, with keypad and electronic gate access, and the property is open 24/7. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage types are all mentioned, along with space for boats, cars and business use. There's drive up access and an on site manager. The reviews keep coming back to the staff. Amie gets named a lot: people call her personable, patient and clear when explaining prices and sizes, and one customer says she met them on site after they lost their keys. James also shows up in the feedback for making the rental process easy. Several folks mention walking through a unit before signing, and others note help setting up the online app and handling rent payments. Reserving is free through the online eRental option, which lets you skip the counter on move in day. The company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years.
