About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on South Street in Suffield runs a clean, secure facility with indoor units in small, medium, and large sizes. It also handles vehicle and boat storage, so there's room for the rig as well as the boxes. Reviewers keep bringing up Steve, the manager. They say he answers questions clearly, helps with the mobile app, and once went to bat for a long-time customer over a rent increase. People also mention the place stays clean, including the hallways by the indoor units. One reviewer said their unit looked brand new, no leaf on the ground. Others noted the temperature control and the absence of smells, mice, or bugs. The building has an elevator and moving dollies. It's wheelchair accessible and has a parking lot.
