About Public Storage
Public Storage on the east side of Des Plaines runs a self-storage facility that also handles indoor RV and boat storage. The place is open 24/7, so you can get to your rig on your schedule. Units are inside the building, and some have elevator access. A few have rollup doors. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Tamika and Temekia get named over and over for being helpful and kind, and one person said the rental process was smooth and quick. People also mention the facility is clean and well-maintained. It's not all five stars. One reviewer complained about a broken elevator and a missing wheel on a cart. Another said the price went up after the first month without warning. Worth asking about before you sign. The place has an average of 4.8 from 702 Google reviews, so most people leave happy.
