About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Dallas side runs outdoor vehicle parking with drive up access, so you can pull a rig in without threading it through a building. Indoor units come climate controlled, with elevator access to upper floors and a mix of rollup and swing doors. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 475 ratings, and staff courtesy comes up more than anything else. One reviewer praised a staff member by name for walking them through the unit and explaining how secure the place is. Others mention quick online booking and a clean lot. It is not all praise. Some reviewers describe surprise charges, a broken elevator, and trouble reaching anyone when something went wrong, so read the recent ones before you commit. The place is open 24/7, with wheelchair accessible entry and parking. Reserve online and you can go straight to the unit when you move in.

What renters mention
“Cannot say enough about Dan’s customer service here from opening the unit to closing it out. We had two moves during the time we held this unit. He made sure it was the perfect fit, solution for our needs, value and floor and specs.” – Stana O., 8 months ago, on Google
“Came to this location seeking storage of the public variety and our representative (Kari, think) was fantastic. Plenty of AC fueled space, and some convenient carts available to load up for free near the elevators.” – Brice P., a year ago, on Google
“I had a few concerns but Breshae was amazing and reassured me about keeping my storage! She helped me out with the rent increase and was very transparent! People with customer service like her are what will keep a business around!” – Mary Z., a year ago, on Google
