About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas and handles more than household goods. The listings mention covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and the services include RV, boat and car storage along with drive up access. It is gated, lit and open around the clock with keypad entry. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jordan shows up in a lot of the comments, described as polite, patient and quick to help, including one person he helped move to a different unit after a booking mistake. Other names come up too, and people mention being greeted warmly and getting straight answers. The pricing gets called reasonable in several reviews, and a few people note the place is clean and feels safe. An on site manager runs the counter, and there is a free reservation with no commitment if you want to hold a spot before you commit.
