About Public Storage

Public Storage on Ross Avenue runs a self-storage operation in Dallas, and a lot of what people write about is the staff. Reviewers name Ben and Nundee often. One person called Ben patient and said setup took 15 minutes. Another said the rental process and pricing were explained clearly. It holds a 4.6 rating across 611 Google reviews. Units are climate controlled and indoors, with rollup doors. Sizes run from 10x15 up to 10x30, some on the ground floor and some reached by elevator. Some are marked near a door or elevator. The elevator comes up in reviews a fair amount, and not all of it is kind. One reviewer said it always smelled bad. There are other complaints too. A reviewer said an employee questioned them about carts and checked inside their unit. Reservations can be made online, and the company says the eRental option lets you skip the counter. The lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible. It is a self-storage facility, so call ahead before hauling a rig over.
