About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Haskell in Dallas runs as a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. The units listed are indoor and climate controlled, and several sit on the ground floor with drive-up access. That last part matters if you would rather not wrestle a rig through an elevator. Access is a big draw. The property is open 24/7, and reviewers bring it up. One noted most locations close at 6pm while this one goes to 9pm with a 24-hour option. Staff get named in the reviews too, especially Heather, described as friendly and helpful at walking people through the rental. Others mention the place staying clean and someone usually on site. Not every review is glowing. One customer was frustrated by the monthly cost and a required lock purchase, and another had a damaged unit door and trouble reaching management. Worth reading through before you commit. Recent reviewers lean positive on the rental process and the staff.
