About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Converse side of San Antonio runs both indoor and outdoor units, so you can pick covered or open parking depending on what you're storing. The bigger outdoor spots come with rollup doors and drive-up access. Indoor units are climate controlled, some on the ground floor near a door or elevator. Reviewers keep bringing up Mia at the front desk. People describe her as knowledgeable and thorough, and several mention she walked them through the move-in process and answered every question. One auction buyer said she finds a solution when there's a problem. Others call the whole thing an easy process with no lingering fees at move-out. Not every review is glowing. One renter had gate trouble after rain and got locked in and out more than once. Another dealt with a unit door that wouldn't roll up right. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit, but the staff attention comes up again and again.
