About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of San Antonio runs small, medium and large units, and reviewers keep coming back to the people at the front desk. David gets named a lot for walking customers through the options and matching them to the right unit. Chris and Kylie show up in reviews too, for setups that were fast and questions that got answered. Customers describe the move-in process as quick and the units as clean. One reviewer who delivered packages to a tenant's unit said the manager jumped in to help and cut hours off the job. Others mention being reassured that someone keeps an eye on the property. It's not all perfect. A handful of reviews mention rats, so it's worth asking about pest control when you visit. You can reserve online, call, or stop by. The office has set hours and is not open around the clock. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available, and the facility is listed as LGBTQ+ friendly.
