About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Cincinnati side handles more than boxes. The category list covers RV, boat, car and business storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor spaces mentioned. Access is through a keypad and electronic gate, and the site is open 24/7. Reviews mostly come back to the people. Lavonne gets named for walking customers through payment changes, and James for patience and straight answers about which unit fits. One reviewer mentioned Aden helping with lock lubrication and fees even while off the clock. Several call the staff polite and helpful, and a few mention a free online reservation option that skips the counter. It is a self-storage facility first, so expect the usual office setup alongside vehicle spots. If you need to sort out access or payment details, the desk staff seem to be the reason people keep coming back.
