About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the west side of Cincinnati has a 4.8-star rating from over a thousand Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the same things: the grounds are clean, and the staff is polite. One person said they see employees making rounds and it makes them feel comfortable. Another called the team friendly and patient. This is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, so you can park an RV, boat, or car. They offer small, medium, and large units. The online rental option gets a few nods, and some reviewers mentioned a free first month. A manager named Courtney took time to explain things and suggested ways to make storing a motorhome easier. Another reviewer said Katie was helpful with questions. Not every review is perfect. One person found the pricing higher than expected and the process frustrating at times. But most people highlight the customer service. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you need a spot for your rig, this place is worth a look.
