About Public Storage
This Cicero Public Storage on the self-storage side handles RVs and boats along with regular household goods. You have two main choices for a rig: outdoor parking that is uncovered with drive-up access, or enclosed units with rollup doors in larger sizes like 10x20 and 10x30. The 10x30 option is specifically set up for a boat or vehicle. Indoor units exist too, including a 10x15 with drive-up access and a 5x15 that you reach by elevator. The property is open 24/7 for access, which matters if you pull in late after a trip. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, especially Laquisha and Dil. The recurring theme is people getting helped with a size change or a better rate, and a few mention the building staying clean even with a small crew. Payment issues come up in reviews more than anything else, so read those before you sign anything. Reserving online is free and there is an eRental option to skip the counter on move-in day. The company says it has been at this for nearly 50 years. Google shows 4.8 stars across 585 reviews.

“Hi everyone, I was sent over from the survey and all I need to say is Whenever I need something, or if a customer has a tricky question, Laquisha is the first person I think of.” – James S., 7 months ago, on Google
