About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility at 5701 Ogden Ave in Cicero, near Ogden and 31st St. It serves folks in Stickney, Berwyn, South Lawndale, Little Village, North Lawndale, and nearby. The category list includes vehicle storage, so there's a place to put a rig here. The reviews are mostly about the people. Nearly a hundred mention polite staff, and names like Rocio and Rene show up often. One reviewer said Rocio answered every question and made renting feel stress free. Another got into a unit the same day after trouble elsewhere. The facility sits at 4.9 stars across more than 2,000 reviews. Reviewers also mention free carts and dollies. Not everything is glowing. One long-term renter said the price went up several times a year, and their stuff got dusty and a little damp. Another found the exit gate keypad awkward to reach from a vehicle. Unit sizes run small to large, with climate control and drive-up access mentioned. Reserve online or stop by.

What renters mention
“Clean facilities, friendly staff, decent prices, and they have free carts/ dollies for use. I'm still a bit confused on HOW to get 'first month free' that many of the franchise locations advertise.. they are pretty vague about the details.” – Rapha, Edited 2 years ago, on Google
“Great customer service with the Store Manager, Rocio F. She answered all my questions and concerns & made me feel comfortable renting a unit spot on.” – Nicole G., 2 years ago, on Google
“Thank you Rene, for helping me stay and be a customer of you, and finding me better prices than other storages, I'll definitely be back just when your around. You have an awesome vibe.” – Kendra C., 4 months ago, on Google
