About Public Storage
This Charlotte Public Storage handles more than just household goods. You can park an RV, boat, or other vehicle in a large uncovered outdoor spot with drive-up access, or rent an enclosed 10x30 with a rollup door if you want the rig out of the weather. Indoor climate-controlled units are available too. Gate access runs 24/7, and the property is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, with several dozen mentions of polite, helpful service. One customer named Tamika for walking them through the space and explaining how to get in and out. The rating sits at 4.9 from 962 Google reviews. Not every note is positive. One reviewer complained about a broken climate control unit and hidden fees on autopay. Others mention a clean property and help finding the right unit.
