About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Charlotte and covers more than the usual locker rental. RV and boat owners can pick from covered or uncovered outdoor parking, and there are drive-up units including a 10x30 outside space listed for a boat or vehicle. Some units are climate controlled, and wheelchair access reaches both the entrance and the lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Katrina gets named for being knowledgeable and patient, and one customer said the front desk made renting easier than the app or phone line. Others describe polite, informative help and problems fixed on the spot. Not every visit went that way: one reviewer complained about no one in the office across three trips, and another about junk left in front of a unit and a broken door. The large units draw steady mentions, along with cleanup and unit transfers. Online rental lets you skip the counter. Reservations are free with no commitment.
