About Public Storage
Public Storage on Dulles South Court in Chantilly rents climate controlled units, and the place runs 24/7 access. Sizes start small, with 5x5 and 5x10 options on the ground floor or up the elevator, some near the door. Rollup and swing door units are both in the mix. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Hunter gets named for walking people through sizes and features. Brittney handled a downsizing move and drew praise for keeping it easy. Ram explained everything clearly. One reviewer of 10 years called the place a good spot. Not every review is warm: one person canceled after the office sat unstaffed and the phone rolled to voicemail. You can rent online and skip the counter, and moving supplies are sold on site. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. If you want a unit in Chantilly, this one has a track record worth reading through.
