About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Centreville Rd in Chantilly handles self storage and vehicle parking. It's a big facility with small, medium, and large units, and the company says climate control and drive-up access are available. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. The reviews are strong: 4.9 stars from 1,120 Google reviews. Most of the praise goes to the staff, especially Francis, who gets named a lot. People call him friendly, patient, and quick to respond. One reviewer said he called two minutes after an online reservation. Others mention the property is neat and the sign-up process is easy. Not every review is positive. One renter complained about a rent increase after three months and said the unit got very hot. Another reported mouse droppings. The location is handy to IAD and the Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, which comes up in a couple of reviews.
