About Mini U Storage
Mini U Storage sits on Wall Road in Herndon, and the reviews back up the rating. People bring up clean units more than anything else, and the gated entry plus good lighting come up as reasons folks feel fine leaving their rig there. The layout is easy to get around. Staff get named in reviews, and mostly in good terms. Chris and Melissa come up as helpful and polite during setup, and the leasing process reads as quick and clearly explained. One reviewer called the whole thing smooth. Not every review is warm, though. A couple describe rude treatment and a billing dispute that dragged on for months. The extras show up in the review topics: free truck rental, a free lock, first month free, and online booking. Moving and packing supplies are sold on site, and there is climate controlled storage if your rig or gear needs it. Hours are posted, so call ahead or book online before you drive over.
