About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Carrollton and rents more than just closets. RV and boat owners get drive-up access to outside units with rollup doors, sized from 10x20 up to 10x30. Smaller climate-controlled inside units run down to 5x10. The gate is open 24/7 for tenants. Reviewers keep bringing up Alex, the manager on site. They describe him as welcoming, patient with questions, and honest about which unit fits instead of pushing the priciest one. Several long-term customers say the service has improved since he took over, and they mention the property staying clean. Not everyone is glowing. One reviewer says the Bluetooth gate opener quit within a month and was never fixed, and another complains that no staff is ever visible during business hours, with calls going to support instead. A few warn about rate increases after a low move-in price. Worth a walk-through before you sign.
