About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Denton Rd in Carrollton and handles more than just household goods. RV and boat owners can park outside on uncovered drive-up spaces, or go indoors where the units have rollup doors and elevator access. Some indoor spaces are climate controlled. The property is open 24/7 and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Reviews land at 4.8 across 479 of them, and a lot of the praise goes to the staff. People name Robert and Carlos specifically, describing them as friendly, attentive and quick to sort out problems. Reviewers also call the property clean and secure, with roomy units. The complaints are worth knowing: a few people say the office is often unstaffed and hard to reach by phone, and one mentions rates going up. Booking can be done online, and reserving a space is free with no commitment. The company says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. It's worth confirming office hours before you drive over.
