About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Boca Raton and handles more than household goods. The listing covers covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, and RV and boat storage are both named services alongside car storage. Access runs through an electronic gate with keypad entry, 24/7. The lot is lit and gated. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and the names repeat: Camille and Penny and Kiya each get called out for walking people through options and pricing, answering questions, and fixing problems. Cleanliness comes up too, and a few people mention the price worked for their budget. Not everyone had that experience. A couple of reviews describe billing disputes at move-out, including a charge after someone cleared the unit. Others describe a flat welcome at the counter. The overall rating sits at 4.6 across 332 Google reviews, so most people came away satisfied.

What renters mention
“I have been looking for affordable storage for sometime now. The price is reasonable. I was able to pay 6 months in advance. And I was able to refuse the insurance they provided (I have my own homeowner insurance).” – Meghan K., 4 years ago, on Google
“Absolutely amazing experience at Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well organized—but the real highlight was Kiya. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.” – LIFE S., a year ago, on Google
“Communications and renting with the assistance of Camille in the office was fantastic. She helped understand the options and pricing details completely. She is a great asset and a gem for the success of this location.” – Vicky S., Edited 2 years ago, on Google
