About Emerald Towing
Emerald Towing runs a 24/7 operation out of Boca Raton, and storage is one of several things it handles alongside towing, recovery and hauling. If you need a spot for an RV or other vehicle, the lot is open around the clock. Reviewers tend to mention the people more than the facility. Helpful staff comes up often, and several drivers are called out by name for showing up on time and treating cars with care. Promptness shows up too, along with quick response times at accident scenes. The 28 Google reviews average 3.9 stars, so it is not a perfect record. Some reviews describe confusion over insurance and a slow callback on a tow request. Worth reading through before you commit.
