About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Bessemer and covers more than the usual self-storage ground. Besides standard units, the listing includes automobile and boat storage, so there is room for trailers and rigs alongside household goods. Indoor units come climate controlled, and some outdoor spots have drive-up access and rollup doors. Reviews run 4.9 across 103 ratings, and the staff names come up often. Omesha, Van and Ralph get called out for walking people through the process and answering questions. One reviewer moving out thanked Ryan for following up. Others describe the property as immaculate and say they feel safe there, with Ralph mentioned as a reassuring presence on site. Not every review is glowing. One person reported mouse damage and said the company pointed them to third-party insurance instead of taking responsibility. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. Online rental is available if you would rather skip the counter.
