About Public Storage
Public Storage in Austin offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles. The property is gated and lit, with keypad and electronic gate access. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and an eRental option lets you skip the counter. Reviewers often mention the friendly property manager and kind staff who go out of their way to help. Many note the easy rental process and easy reservation, and some appreciate the elevator access and complimentary carts for moving day. Insurance assistance and a kiosk are also available. Not every review is positive. One customer reported a break-in discovered months later with no notification, and another had trouble with a gate code and no staff on a Saturday. A recent renter found a broken light bulb and wall holes that weren't fixed after multiple calls. Still, with a 4.7 rating from 389 reviews, many find the staff helpful and the process straightforward.
