About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage spot in Austin holds a 4.9 from more than 500 Google reviews, and the reviews keep coming back to the people. Chanel, Fred, Jake and Shanel get named for being patient, walking folks through the unit options, and not rushing anyone. One reviewer signed up the same day despite some technical trouble. The place itself reads clean and well-maintained in the reviews, and a few people mention it feels secure. Small, medium and large units are available, so there's room to pick a size that fits. Pricing gets called competitive by some renters, and the reservation and sign-up process comes up as quick and easy. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. It's self-storage rather than an RV-only lot, so check whether the unit you want suits your rig before you commit.
