About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Alameda and offers indoor units in sizes from 5x15 up to 10x25. Some are on the ground floor with swing or rollup doors, others sit upstairs with elevator access. It's an older facility, as one reviewer noted, with a layout that takes a little figuring out. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Marion gets named over and over for being patient, organized and good at follow-up, and Lani and Devonte get shout-outs too for walking people through the move-in process and explaining things clearly. People also mention upsizing their space more than once at this location. Not every review is positive. One reviewer reported a break-in at their unit and said management was slow to respond. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The office keeps set hours, so it isn't a 24/7 operation. Reservations can be made online with no commitment.
