About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Alameda with a 4.8 rating across 235 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the building is, and several note the place is all metal and concrete, so no musty wood smells. Carts are usually available, the space is well lit, and getting around the building is simple. The team gets named a lot. Monica and James both show up in reviews for being patient and quick to help, and one reviewer said the staff checked in when a unit was left open. Security takes a few code entries to get through, which people seem to appreciate. Others mention the loading dock and elevators.
