About Prime Storage
Prime Storage sits on East Mission Road just outside Escondido, a short drive from San Marcos and close to Ronald Packard Parkway. It's a self-storage facility that also handles outdoor vehicle parking, so you can tuck your rig into a lit lot rather than leave it on the street. The reviews lean positive overall, with a 4.6 average across 394 ratings. People mention the staff by name and call them helpful and accommodating, and the clean property comes up often. Several reviewers note the easy setup and the welcoming feel when they stop by the office. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer complained about rate increases after an ownership change, and another had a billing dispute over insurance. Worth reading through the recent ones yourself before you sign anything.
