About Prime Storage
Prime Storage in Erial is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, including RVs. Reviewers often mention the climate-controlled and indoor units, and the staff gets consistent praise for being helpful and welcoming. One customer said the sign-up process was very easy, and another called the team amazing and kind. But not every review is positive. Some renters warn that the price can climb after you sign up. One reviewer said their rental increased twice in a short span, and another felt the increases became exorbitant. Another reviewer reported a mice problem that damaged stored items. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. If you're comparing options for your rig, the indoor and climate-controlled units here might be worth a look, but read the lease terms closely and ask how pricing works before you commit. The staff seems willing to walk you through the details upfront.
