About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits in Blackwood, New Jersey, and it earns its 4.9 stars from 590 Google reviews. A lot of those reviews mention one person by name: Marcus, the manager. People describe him as friendly, patient with questions, and willing to work with them on rent bumps and late payments. Reviewers call the units clean and the process easy. One long-term renter said the team handled every small concern over the years, and another said move-in went smoothly after a reservation mix-up that Marcus sorted out the next day. People mention reserving online, calling, or stopping by, and a few note the rate went up after a couple of months. The facility offers small, medium, and large units.
